IT Career Coach

Innovfix Pvt Ltd runs Bangalore Connect, an app where people speak one-to-one with creators for practical guidance. As an IT Career Coach, you will help students, fresh graduates and early-career professionals prepare for their next step in technology. This is a part-time, work-from-home role with flexible hours agreed during screening. Evening availability in IST is welcome.

What you will do

• Take inbound voice calls and ask about each caller’s goals, experience and the roles they are considering.

• Run short mock interviews. Help callers structure answers, explain projects and practise common interview questions.

• Talk through resume or portfolio improvements and explain realistic entry paths in areas you know, such as software development, QA, data or IT support.

• End each call with specific feedback and a practical next step, such as rewriting a project summary or completing a practice task.

• Stay available during agreed hours and record a short profile introduction during onboarding.

Apply your IT, technical recruitment, training or mentoring experience to real career questions. Use examples from your own work to explain technical concepts clearly and give supportive, specific feedback.

What you gain

Build practical coaching and communication experience, practise explaining technical ideas to different audiences and use your skills in a flexible part-time role. Earnings depend on eligible paid call minutes. This role is incentive only.
