Job Description

We are looking for a HR recruiter to join our team at Om shara info tech pvt limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Sources and screen candidates through job portal
  • Understand the candidates skills and match them with suitable job openings
  • Maintain candidates records and follow-up regularly
  • Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring
  • Ability to communicate confidently with candidates
  • Fresher can apply
  • Experience in recruitment\consultancy is an added advantage
