Job Title: Petty Cash Assistant / Accounts Assistant

Location: Banashankari, Bengaluru

Experience: Fresher to 1 year

Qualification: B.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain daily petty cash transactions and expense records.
• Handle cash payments for day-to-day office expenses.
• Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Prepare and maintain payment vouchers.
• Record expenses accurately in Excel or accounting software.
• Reconcile physical cash balances with recorded transactions.
• Maintain proper documentation of all petty cash expenses.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for reimbursements and cash requirements.
• Assist with basic accounting and administrative activities as required.
• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of accounting and cash handling.
• Basic MS Excel and computer skills.
