Job Description
KAAZOS is a modern Indian-Mexican QSR serving bowls, burritos, rolls, quesadillas, loaded fries, nachos, beverages and more.
- Prepare food items according to KAAZOS recipes and SOPs.
- Handle preparation of ingredients including vegetables, chicken, sauces, rice and toppings.
- Assemble bowls, burritos, rolls, quesadillas and sides consistently.
- Maintain proper portion control and food quality.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Keep the kitchen, equipment and workstations clean and organised.
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen operations.
- Maintain proper storage and labelling of ingredients.
- Check stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages.
- Ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.
- Minimise food wastage and follow FIFO practices.
- Work efficiently during peak lunch and dinner hours.
