Job Description
- Supervise landscaping teams and daily operations
- Assign schedules, duties, and project timelines
- Maintain lawns, gardens, trees, and irrigation systems
- Ensure quality work and customer satisfaction
- Train staff on landscaping and safety procedures
- Inspect tools, equipment, and vehicles regularly
- Manage inventory of plants, fertilizers, and materials
- Visit customer sites for inspections and requirements
- Prepare and send quotations and landscape designs
- Follow safety standards and company policies
- Communicate project updates with clients
- Prepare daily and weekly work reports
