Position: Logistics Coordinator / Dispatch Coordinator

Location: Kumarakrupa Road, Bengaluru

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Logistics Coordinator to manage and coordinate the movement of goods between suppliers, merchandisers, transporters, and warehouses. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic logistics knowledge, and proficiency in MS Excel for tracking and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch and delivery activities with suppliers, merchandisers, transporters, and warehouse teams.
• Monitor and track the movement of goods to ensure timely deliveries.
• Follow up with vendors and transporters regarding shipment schedules and status updates.
• Maintain records of inward and outward material movements.
• Prepare and update logistics reports, shipment trackers, and inventory-related data in MS Excel.
• Resolve transportation and delivery-related issues in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure proper documentation related to dispatches, invoices, delivery challans, and transport records.
• Communicate regularly with the warehouse team to ensure smooth material flow.
• Support the logistics team in achieving operational efficiency and timely order fulfillment.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate or Diploma holder in any discipline.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up effectively.
• Experience in logistics, dispatch, supply chain, warehouse coordination, or transportation management will be preferred.
