Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced DA Operations & Workforce Manager to manage Delivery Associate (DA) hiring, training, deployment and daily workforce operations across Pan India EDSP stations.

The role requires strong manpower planning, order-level tracking, roster management and coordination with station and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:      

. Manage DA recruitment, onboarding, training and deployment across EDSP stations.

·      Plan manpower requirements based on daily order volumes and operational demand.

·      Maintain and manage the daily DA roster, attendance and deployment status.

·      Monitor order-level performance, pending orders, exceptions and ageing.

·      Identify manpower gaps and ensure timely closure with recruitment/operations teams.

·      Coordinate with station teams and internal stakeholders for smooth daily operations.

·      Track DA productivity, availability and utilization.

·      Prepare and maintain daily MIS and operational performance reports.

·      Drive adherence to operational SLAs and resolve day-to-day execution challenges.

·      Manage multiple stations and stakeholders across Pan India.

Requirements:      

. 5+ years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, delivery operations, workforce management or a related field.

·      Graduate from a recognized university.

·      Experience in Delivery Associate / field workforce management preferred.

·      Strong manpower planning and operational coordination skills.

·      Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS and data tracking.

·      Strong communication, problem-solving and follow-up skills.

·      Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

·      Willingness to coordinate with Pan India EDSP stations.

Language Preference:

Candidates who can communicate effectively in English, Hindi, Kannada and Tamil will be preferred.
