Logistics Executive

We are looking for any bachelors degree holders in logistics , transpiration,supply chain 

Location: Nagarabavi Bengalore

Training will be given

Salary: 2 to 2.4 lpa

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations including dispatch and transportation activities.

• Arrange transportation for delivery of finished goods to customers.

• Coordinate with transporters and logistics vendors to ensure timely shipment of materials.

• Prepare and maintain dispatch documents, delivery challans, invoices, and shipment records.

• Track shipments and update the status of deliveries to the sales and operations teams.

• Ensure proper packing, labeling, and documentation before dispatch.

• Monitor incoming shipments and coordinate with warehouse teams for receiving materials.

• Maintain logistics records and update shipment details in ERP or tracking systems.

• Follow up with transporters for delivery confirmations and proof of delivery (POD).

• Assist in resolving issues related to shipment delays, damages, or missing deliveries.

• Prepare reports related to daily dispatch activities and shipment tracking.

• Ensure compliance with company logistics procedures and documentation requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of logistics operations and transportation coordination.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

• Ability to maintain logistics documentation and shipment records.

• Good communication skills for coordinating with transporters and internal teams.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic ERP systems.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.

•Freshers years of experience in logistics, dispatch coordination, or supply chain operations.
