Marketing Associate

We are looking for an energetic and creative Marketing Associate to join our tiles manufacturing/trading company. The ideal candidate will support our sales and branding efforts by promoting our tile catalogues, managing digital presence, and helping generate leads from dealers, architects, and builders.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote tile catalogues and new product launches across social media, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms
• Assist in creating marketing content (posts, reels, brochures, catalogues) in coordination with the design team
• Generate and follow up on leads from dealers, distributors, architects, and interior designers
• Coordinate with the sales team to plan promotional campaigns and dealer meets
• Track competitor products, pricing, and market trends in the tiles/ceramics industry
• Manage and update the company's online listings (website, Indiamart, TradeIndia, Google My Business, etc.)
• Support exhibition/trade show planning and on-ground promotional activities
• Prepare basic reports on marketing performance and lead conversion

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Good communication skills in English and Kannada
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business)
• Familiarity with MS Office/Canva; knowledge of Photoshop or video editing is a plus
• Willingness to travel locally for builder visits and site meetings
• Prior experience/internship in tiles, sanitaryware, or building materials industry preferred but not mandatory
