About the Role:

AIRDIT is looking for a results-oriented International Marketing Executive to drive B2B lead generation, international prospecting, outbound campaigns, and sales development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate targeted B2B leads across international markets.
• Research companies, CXOs, IT Heads, and decision-makers.
• Use Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dripify & LinkedIn automation tools for prospecting.
• Execute personalised LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns.
• Segment prospects based on industry, geography, company size, and requirements.
• Track campaign performance, responses, qualified leads, and meetings.
• Qualify leads and coordinate with the Sales/BD team.
• Maintain prospect data and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.

Required Skills:

• 2–4 years in B2B Marketing / International Marketing / Lead Generation / Demand Generation / Inside Sales Support.
• Strong understanding of ICP-based targeting and prospect segmentation.
• Hands-on experience with Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Excellent English communication and research skills.
• Strong follow-up, analytical, and lead-nurturing abilities.
• Comfortable working independently and with international markets.

Experience in IT Services, SAP/ERP, SaaS, Technology Consulting, Staffing, or Cloud Services is an advantage.
