- Represent brands through professional face-to-face customer interactions to gain commercial understanding

- Learn marketing and customer acquisition strategies through practical experience.
- Work closely with experienced team members and receive ongoing mentoring.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and development of new team members.
- Take on increasing responsibility across campaigns and business operations.
- Progress towards team leadership and management opportunities based on performance.
