Job Description
Job Title: Project Engineer (Mechanical)

Location: Doddakallasandra, Bengaluru – 560 062.
Experience Required: 2 to 4 Years
Education Qualification: Engineering Diploma / Graduate
Salary: Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 40,000 per month
Date of Joining: 1st or 2nd week of November, 2026
> Key Responsibilities
In-House Fabrication (Shop Floor):
- Production Oversight: Oversee the structural fabrication and assembly of revolving systems and light to heavy-duty steel structures.
- Team Coordination: Read and interpret engineering drawings to guide our shop-floor team of turners, welders and fitters.
- Material & Quality Control: Ensure strict quality compliance and structural integrity using high-quality prime steel (e.g., SAIL, VISL) and high-grade alloy steel.
Site Execution & Commissioning:
- On-Site Installation: Supervise the site-erection, installation, and final commissioning of precision engineering projects and drive systems at client locations across India.
- Project Liaison: Act as the primary technical liaison between our Bangalore manufacturing unit, external vendors, and the on-site execution teams.
- Logistics & Safety: Manage on-site logistical operations and ensure all structural installations meet stringent safety standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Core Experience: Proven hands-on experience in both structural fabrication and on-site project commissioning.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of precision machining tolerances and welding standards.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel for outstation assignments and stay on-site during the necessary phases of our projects.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot on the fly while working on unique, non-standard scientific installations.
