Job Description

Multi-Skilled MEP Technician – Campus / Hostel Maintenance

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle electrical repairs, plumbing, leakage, and drainage issues.
  • Perform basic AC maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Attend minor carpentry repairs, including doors, locks, and furniture.
  • Resolve maintenance complaints within the assigned TAT.
  • Update ticket status and support preventive maintenance activities.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of maintenance experience.
  • ITI / Diploma or relevant technical experience preferred.
  • Practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, AC, and basic carpentry.
  • Ability to work in a campus/hostel environment.
