Job Description (JD)We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse to provide high-quality patient care, support medical teams, and ensure patient safety and comfort in a healthcare setting.
- Key Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and record vital signs, patient condition, and progress.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and reports.
- Ensure patient hygiene, comfort, feeding, and mobility support.
- Educate patients and families about medical conditions, medications, and post-treatment care.
