Job Description

This is a hands-on, multi-functional role that combines operations, customer interaction, and creative support. Ideal for someone who enjoys both execution and ideation.


Key Responsibilities

Managing daily operations including inventory sorting, labeling, and packaging

Assisting with order processing and maintaining product organization

Handling basic customer queries and support

Conducting social media research to improve content strategy

Assisting in content creation (shoots, reels, product styling, basic editing etc.)

Supporting during pop-up events and sale days (with prior notice)
