Operations Lead – Night Shift

Education: Bachelor’s Degree / Any Graduate

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Lead to manage and monitor our taxi operations during the night shift. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, coordinating with drivers and customers, and handling operational issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor taxi operations during the night shift.

Coordinate with drivers, hub teams, and customers to ensure smooth service.

Monitor trip allocation, driver availability, and operational performance.

Handle customer and driver escalations and resolve issues quickly.

Track and follow up on pending trips, cancellations, and operational concerns.

Ensure drivers follow company policies, processes, and service standards.

Coordinate with the day-shift team for proper handover of operational updates.

Prepare and share daily/nightly operational reports.

Take quick decisions during operational emergencies and escalate critical issues to management.

Ensure overall service quality and timely trip fulfilment.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in operations, preferably in taxi, cab, fleet, mobility, logistics, or transportation companies.

Bachelor’s degree / Any Graduate.

Must be comfortable working in the night shift.

Good communication and team-handling skills.

Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple operational issues.

Experience in the mobility/taxi industry will be an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance.
