Taxi Operations Executive — Quick RideKey responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day taxi/cab operations and ensure smooth trip execution.
• Coordinate with drivers for trip allocation, pickup, drop, cancellations, and route-related issues.
• Monitor live trips through the company's operations/dispatch platform.
• Track driver availability, attendance, performance, and adherence to schedules.
• Handle customer and driver escalations, including delayed pickups, no-shows, cancellations, and service complaints.
• Coordinate with fleet teams regarding vehicle availability, breakdowns, servicing, and maintenance.
• Ensure drivers follow company SOPs, safety requirements, and applicable transport regulations.
• Monitor operational KPIs such as on-time performance, trip completion, cancellations, driver utilization, and customer complaints.
• Maintain daily operational records and prepare MIS/Excel reports.
• Coordinate with customer support, fleet, finance, HR, and other internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Support corporate/employee transportation operations when applicable.
• Identify recurring operational problems and suggest process improvements.
• Handle urgent situations and make quick decisions to minimize service disruptions.
