Position: Packaging Associate – Pooja Essentials & Kits

Employment Type: Part-Time

Location: Kasavanahalli, Bengaluru

Remuneration: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 / month (depending on hours & experience)

About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented, neat, and reliable part-time Packaging Associate to join our team in preparing and assembling premium pooja kits and spiritual essentials. This role involves careful handling, bottle filling, pouch sealing,and final packaging of sacred items.

• Key Responsibilities
• Bottle Filling: Carefully measure and fill small glass bottles with pooja liquids/essentials (e.g., holy water, oils,attar) ensuring zero spillage and accurate quantities.
• Heat Sealing & Pouch Packing: Pack dry pooja items (e.g., kumkum, haldi, camphor, dhoop, flowers, rice) into pouches using heat-sealing machines.
• Labeling & Box Packing: Neatly align and apply product labels on bottles, pouches, and outer packaging boxes.
• Pooja Essentials Preparation: Assist with sorting, measuring, counting, and organizing various sacred materials required for different kits.
• Quality & Cleanliness: Ensure all items are packed hygienically, handled with care, and conform to high presentation standards.
• Stock & Area Maintenance: Keep the packaging workspace clean, organized, and report any damaged items or low stock to the supervisor.
• Candidate Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Graduate in any stream).
• Gender: Female.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in measuring, neatness in labeling, and gentle handling of delicate glass bottles.
• Work Ethic: Punctual, dependable, and capable of working efficiently during designated hours.
• Experience: Prior packaging, craft assembly, or small-scale production experience is a plus, but freshers with a keen eye for neatness are welcome to apply.
• Working Hours & Compensation
• Work Schedule: Part-time (Approx. [e.g., 3–4 hours per day / Morning or Afternoon shift]).
• Salary: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month.
