Job Description

  • Perform Quality Check (QC) on all outgoing electronic rental items (cameras, action cameras, gimbals, PS5 consoles, controllers, games, and other equipment) to confirm they are fully functional, complete, and undamaged before company packaging standards to prevent transit damage
  • Label and tag packages correctly with order ID, customer details, and rack/bin location
  • Hand over packed orders to the outflow/dispatch team within defined turnaround times
  • Update order status accurately in the internal system in real time
  • Immediately flag and report any damaged, missing, or malfunctioning items to the reporting manager
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing/QC workstation and storage racks
  • Inflow (returns) QC need to done
  • Meet daily targets for orders packed and dispatched while maintaining quality
