Job Description

  • ResponsibilitiesMake calls to customers using the data provided by the company.
  • Inform customers about their pending payments.
  • Politely follow up with customers and request them to clear their outstanding payments.
  • Communicate payment-related details clearly to customers.
  • Maintain proper follow-up records and update the status of calls.
  • Handle customer queries related to pending payments professionally.
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.


Requirements

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Minimum 12th Pass qualification.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must be able to communicate in Kannada and Hindi.
  • Basic English communication will be an advantage.
  • Good convincing and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of customer calls.
  • Candidates should be comfortable working from the office
