Role summary
You will own paid acquisition and conversion across digital channels to grow online sales and store footfall profitably.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, run and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube).
- Manage the monthly ad budget against ROAS, CAC and conversion targets.
- Test ads regularly with the design team (creatives, hooks, formats) and apply what you learn.
- Set up and maintain tracking and product feeds: GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Tag Manager, Merchant Center and the Meta catalogue.
- Build remarketing and repeat-purchase journeys with the CRM team (WhatsApp, email, SMS).
- Run local campaigns to bring shoppers into our stores during launches, festive seasons and sales.
- Report weekly and monthly on performance, with clear recommendations.
Must-have
- Hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads, with meaningful monthly spend.
- Strong command of ROAS, CAC, LTV and funnel metrics.
- Working knowledge of GA4, GTM and Excel or Google Sheets.
- A good eye for creative and clear briefing.
Good to have
- Experience with Shopify and marketplace ads (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart etc).
- Experience linking online ads to store sales.
- Experience in fashion, jewellery or accessories.
