Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and responsible Home Collection Phlebotomist to join our team in Bangalore. The candidate will visit patients at their homes to collect blood and other diagnostic samples safely and professionally.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit patients at their homes for sample collection.
• Collect blood, urine, and other diagnostic samples as required.
• Follow proper phlebotomy and infection-control procedures.
• Properly label, store, and transport collected samples.
• Maintain accurate patient and sample records.
• Handle patients professionally and courteously.
• Ensure samples reach the laboratory safely and on time.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of collection equipment.
• Coordinate with the laboratory/operations team regarding daily home visits.
• RequirementsDMLT/BMLT or relevant phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Previous experience in blood/sample collection is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of venipuncture and sample handling.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable travelling to patients' homes across Bangalore.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours when required.
