Picker / Packer

Stelios Ventures is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Picker & Packer to join our warehouse operations team. The selected candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, checking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately according to customer orders.
• Check product quantity, SKU, size, and condition before packing.
• Pack orders safely and securely for transportation.
• Properly label and organize packed orders for dispatch.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods.
• Receive, arrange, and store incoming inventory.
• Maintain proper organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Assist with stock counting and inventory checks.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect products to the supervisor.
• Follow warehouse safety and handling procedures.
• Complete daily picking and packing targets.
• Support other warehouse activities as required.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 10th/12th standard qualification preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply; warehouse experience will be an advantage.
• Physically fit and comfortable with standing, walking, and lifting goods.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic reading and counting skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Basic smartphone knowledge preferred.
