Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Pick materials/products from warehouse locations as per pick list or system instructions.
  • Pack products safely and correctly for dispatch.
  • Check product quantity, item code and condition before packing.
  • Perform barcode scanning and update material movements in the system.
  • Support material receiving, binning, putaway and stock movement.
  • Prepare materials for dispatch along with required documents.
  • Ensure proper labeling, packing and documentation of shipments.
  • Assist with stock counting, cycle counts and physical inventory.
  • Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the warehouse.
  • Report shortages, damages or inventory discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Follow warehouse safety procedures and company SOPs.
