JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition: Picker & Packer

Department: Warehouse / Operations

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Location: Warehouse / Dark Store / Fulfilment Centre

Job SummaryWe are looking for hardworking and responsible candidates for the Picker & Packer position. The candidate will be responsible for picking products according to customer orders, packing items properly, and ensuring accurate and timely order processing.

  1. Roles & ResponsibilitiesPick products from warehouse shelves according to customer orders.
  2. Check product names, quantities, and barcodes before picking.
  3. Pack products safely and properly to avoid damage during delivery.
  4. Ensure the correct products are packed for each order.
  5. Verify product quality, expiry dates, and packaging conditions.
  6. Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of warehouse shelves.
  7. Follow daily picking and packing targets.
  8. Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and team members.
  9. Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
  10. Complete assigned tasks within the required timelines.
  • Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Basic reading and understanding skills.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
