About DAiLY

DAiLY is a boutique Pilates & wellness studio focused on mindful movement, strength, mobility and personalised attention.

We are looking for a certified, passionate and professional Pilates Trainer who can deliver safe, effective and engaging Pilates sessions while creating an exceptional experience for every client.

The Role

As a Pilates Trainer at DAiLY, you will conduct small-group Reformer Pilates and private sessions, understand individual client needs, and guide clients through progressive and personalised movement programs.

Key Responsibilities

Pilates Training

* Conduct safe, structured and engaging Reformer Pilates sessions.

* Conduct private and small-group sessions according to DAiLY’s training standards.

* Assess clients’ movement, fitness levels and individual requirements.

* Modify exercises based on client ability, limitations and goals.

* Maintain correct form, alignment, breathing and technique throughout sessions.

* Progress clients appropriately as their strength, mobility and control improve.

Client Experience

* Create a welcoming, professional and motivating environment.

* Build strong relationships with clients and understand their individual goals.

* Provide clear instructions, demonstrations and corrections.

* Track client progress and provide appropriate feedback.

* Maintain a high standard of professionalism and client safety.

Studio Standards

* Ensure Pilates equipment is used correctly and safely.

* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of equipment and training areas.

* Follow DAiLY’s operating procedures and training protocols.

* Communicate professionally with the Studio Manager and other trainers.

* Contribute to a positive, premium and wellness-focused studio environment.

Candidate Requirements

* Valid Pilates certification from a recognised Pilates education provider.

* Reformer Pilates certification is mandatory.

* Additional certifications in Mat Pilates, Cadillac, Chair, Barrel or Comprehensive Pilates will be an advantage.

* Strong understanding of Pilates principles, anatomy, biomechanics and movement.

* Good verbal communication and client-handling skills.

* Professional, energetic and well-presented.

* Passionate about fitness, movement and wellness.

* Ability to work with clients of different ages and fitness levels.

* First Aid/CPR certification is an advantage.

Experience

1–3 years of Pilates teaching experience preferred.

Freshly certified trainers with strong technical knowledge and excellent practical skills may also be considered.

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + performance incentives

Compensation will depend on certification, experience, teaching ability and relevant qualifications.
