Pizza Maker

About the Role

The Pizza maker is the starting position for Partners who are new to the Pizza kitchen line. This role is responsible for learning and practising basic pizza preparation standards, maintaining hygiene and safety, and developing fundamental working habits that reflect the Pizza 4P's philosophy of craftsmanship and Omotenashi service spirit.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in all training and on-the-job learning activities.
• Learn and follow SOPs related to Pizza Starter, Pizza Preparation, and Food Safety Basic.
• Practice assigned tasks under supervision and seek feedback for improvement.
• Follow the company's food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Prepare ingredients and tools as instructed and maintain cleanliness of the workstation.
• Support ingredient preparation, labeling, and storage following SOP guidelines.
• Adhere strictly to uniform, grooming, and kitchen safety standards.
• Maintain a disciplined, punctual, and attentive working attitude.
• Support teammates in daily preparation and cleaning tasks.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with all team members.
• Accept feedback constructively and continuously improve performance.
• Show enthusiasm and curiosity in learning Pizza 4P's values and culture.
