Plumber & Electrician

Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and experienced Plumber & Electrician to join our construction project team on a full-time basis. The candidate will be responsible for carrying out plumbing and electrical installation, maintenance, repair, testing, and troubleshooting activities at residential construction sites.

The candidate should have strong practical knowledge, good site discipline, and the ability to complete assigned work within the required timelines while maintaining quality and safety standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlumbing WorksInstall, repair, and maintain water supply and drainage systems.
• Execute CPVC, UPVC, PVC, PPR, SWR and other plumbing works.
• Install sanitary fittings, taps, valves, wash basins, toilets and related fixtures.
• Carry out bathroom, kitchen, utility and external plumbing works.
• Identify and rectify leakage, blockage, pressure and drainage issues.
• Conduct water pressure and leakage testing.
• Ensure proper pipe alignment, slope, jointing and installation.
• Complete plumbing work as per drawings and site requirements.
• Electrical WorksExecute electrical installation works as per approved drawings and site requirements.
• Install conduits, wiring, cables, switches, sockets, DBs, MCBs and other electrical components.
• Carry out concealed and surface wiring.
• Install lights, fans, switches, sockets and other electrical fixtures.
• Execute earthing and electrical distribution works.
• Conduct electrical testing and identify faults.
• Rectify short circuits, loose connections and other electrical issues.
• Ensure proper cable routing, termination and labeling.
• General Site ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with Site Engineers and other construction teams.
• Complete assigned work within the given timeline.
• Maintain good quality and workmanship standards.
• Follow all site safety rules and use required PPE.
• Maintain tools and equipment properly.
• Check materials and report shortages or damages to the Site Engineer.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Attend to site defects and complete rectification work.
• Follow instructions from the Site Engineer / Project Manager.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Required Qualifications & SkillsITI / relevant trade certification preferred.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in construction projects.
• Strong practical knowledge of both plumbing and electrical works.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve site-level technical issues.
• Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing drawings preferred.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication, discipline and time-management skills.
• Willingness to work at residential construction project sites.
