Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp
  • Make regular outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Understand customer requirements, budget, location, and project expectations.
  • Explain Signature Homes' construction, interiors, renovation, and packages.
  • Qualify leads and identify genuine business opportunities.
  • Schedule site visits and meetings for qualified customers.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects until conversion.
  • Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM.
  • Coordinate with the sales team, site engineers, and project managers.
  • Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and company information as required.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure a professional customer experience.
  • Provide regular sales reports to the management.
