Position: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive/ Pre-Sales.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients.
• Explain the Project details to the potential clients.
• Follow up with leads for the Site Visits.
• Answer customer questions and provide information.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer details.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets for Site Visits.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Hindi/English/Kannada or relevant local language.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and confidence while speaking.
• Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling/sales is an advantage

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong interest in Sales & Marketing .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in languages
• Willing ness to travel
• Saturday & Sunday , Public Holidays are Working days and Tuesday Week Off

QUALIFICATION:

• Fresher / Graduate / Post Graduates with Min 1+ Yrs of experience in sales.

SALARY:

• Monthly Salary Range from 15,000/- to 20,000/- Per month + Incentives.
