Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers professionally.
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and features to clients clearly.
- Generate and qualify leads through regular customer interaction.
- Coordinate and schedule site visits with interested customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to build strong customer relationships.
- Update customer interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth customer handling and visit management.
- Resolve customer queries promptly and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Achieve assigned targets and support overall sales activities.
Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time related to accounts, administration, and project coordination.
