Presales Executive - Real Estate

Job Description

As a Pre-sales Executive, you will be responsible for handling outbound calls, understanding customer

requirements, providing project information, fixing site visit meetings, maintaining customer relationships,

recording important customer details, and following up regularly to convert leads into site visits.

Requirements

● 1–5 years of experience in outbound voice process (Real Estate, EdTech, Banking, Telecom, Automobile, or

any B2C outbound sales industry).

● Experience as a Pre-sales Executive or similar sales role.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

● Good organizational and time management skills.

● Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently or in a team.

● Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills.

● Attention to detail and professional telephone etiquette.

● Sales or Marketing certification will be an added advantage.
