Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage academic operations, ensuring seamless service delivery to students.
- Oversee customer engagement and experience, driving satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and optimize service management processes.
- Fee management, collections and connecting with customers of a daily basis.
- Relationship Management with users and their point of contacts.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to student inquiries and concerns.
