🔧 About the OpportunityWe are looking for a Project Engineer – Refrigeration & HVAC to join our growing project execution team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to HVAC and refrigeration project execution, be comfortable working at project sites, and have the ability to coordinate effectively with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

This is a field-oriented role with significant opportunities to work on projects across South India.

• 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesExecute and supervise HVAC & Refrigeration projects from installation through commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities at customer sites.
• Supervise installation of HVAC and refrigeration systems, including:
• 
  
• Chillers
• AHUs & FCUs
• Ducting
• HVAC piping
• Refrigeration piping
• Cold rooms
• Ventilation systems
• Associated equipment and controls
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, layouts, specifications and BOQs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, suppliers, consultants and customers.
• Monitor project progress against planned schedules.
• Ensure proper material availability and utilization at site.
• Conduct site measurements and verify quantities.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and project handover.
• Identify and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
• Prepare project progress reports, site reports, checklists and other documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements at project sites.
• Attend customer/site meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Travel to different project locations across South India as required.

🎓 Educational QualificationMandatory:

• Graduate in Mechanical Engineering / Refrigeration & Air Conditioning / HVAC Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 💼 Experience1–5 years of relevant experience in:
• 
  
• HVAC Projects
• Refrigeration Projects
• MEP Projects
• Industrial Refrigeration
• Commercial HVAC
• Cold Room / Cold Storage Projects
• Project Execution / Site Engineering

Candidates with strong technical knowledge and relevant project exposure will be preferred.

🛠️ Required SkillsThe candidate should have good working knowledge of:

• HVAC & Refrigeration systems
• Project execution and site supervision
• Installation and commissioning
• HVAC/Refrigeration piping
• Ducting works
• Cold room systems
• Reading technical drawings
• BOQ and quantity verification
• Site measurements
• Material planning and coordination
• Basic HVAC electrical/control systems
• MS Excel & MS Word

AutoCAD knowledge will be an added advantage.

🌐 Language RequirementsThe candidate must be able to communicate effectively in:

✅ Malayalam

✅ Telugu

Strong English communication is mandatory.

Knowledge of multiple South Indian languages is important for effective coordination with customers, contractors, technicians and local teams.

✈️ Travel RequirementThis is a field/project-based position.

The candidate should be willing to travel extensively across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and other locations in South India based on project requirements.

Candidates who are looking for a purely office-based role are not suitable for this position.
