Job Description
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
→ Set up weekly promotional stalls in residential communities (apartment complexes, societies)
→ Engage directly with residents, demonstrate product, offer samples
→ Convert foot traffic into actual orders (target: 30-50 orders/week per stall)
→ Collect orders on-the-spot and manage customer details
→ Distribute pre-orders collected Mon-Fri
→ Build relationships with apartment admins & society leads
→ Track weekly sales, customer feedback, and conversion rates
→ Gather market insights from community interactions
→ Maintain stall setup, signage, coolers, and promotional materials
→ Follow up with repeat customers for next week's orders
