Job Description
Handling purchase orders (POs) and vendor quotations
Collecting and comparing quotations from suppliers
Preparing purchase orders and coordinating approvals
Following up with vendors for material delivery
Checking invoices, quantities, rates, and purchase orders
Maintaining purchase records and vendor details
Coordinating with stores, accounts, and project/site teams
Tracking pending orders and material requirements
Assisting with vendor negotiations and price comparisons
Preparing purchase reports and maintaining documentation
Ensuring materials are purchased as per project requirements and BOM
Coordinating payment-related documents with the Accounts team
