Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry, and should be confident in handling customers, generating leads, conducting property visits, and closing sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up on leads for residential and commercial properties.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Contact prospective customers through calls, messages, and other channels.
• Schedule and conduct property/site visits with interested customers.
• Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant details.
• Negotiate with customers and assist in closing property deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain regular records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Keep updated with local real estate market trends and property developments.
• RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
• Previous experience in real estate sales will be preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel for property/site visits.
