Job DescriptionWe are looking for energetic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. Freshers and candidates with less than 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
At Real Capital Ventures, you will work with qualified Google leads and handle customers interested in premium and luxury residential projects.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle qualified leads and connect with prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and USPs to customers.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate and conduct property/site visits.
- Build strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Convert leads into site visits and successful property sales.
- Achieve monthly sales and site-visit targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead information in CRM.
- Candidate RequirementsFreshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and enthusiastic personality.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Interested in building a career in real estate sales.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
- Real estate/sales experience will be an added advantage.
