We are a leading real estate consulting firm dealing in premium residential projects in Bangalore.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Generating leads through field activities, references, and existing database.
2. Handling walk-in clients, site visits, and closing sales.
3. Building and maintaining strong client relationships for repeat business & referrals.
4. Understanding client requirements and suggesting suitable properties.
5. Achieving monthly sales targets.
6. Coordinating with developers for inventory, pricing and closures.
7. Following up with prospective clients and maintaining CRM.
*Desired Candidate Profile:*
- Must have 1+ year of experience in Real Estate / Insurance / Banking Sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Must be presentable, confident and target-oriented
- Must own a two-wheeler
- Knowledge of South, East Bangalore market will be an advantage
