Job Description

Patient Greeting: Welcome patients and visitors warmly, manage the queue, and direct them to appropriate consultation rooms. 

Scheduling: Book, reschedule, or cancel doctor appointments and send phone or WhatsApp reminders. 

Registration & Records: Register new walk-in patients, update electronic medical records (EMR), and maintain digital attendance or logs.

Billing & Cashier Duties: Process Outpatient Department (OPD) fee collections, issue digital/paper receipts, and track daily accounts. 

Communication: Answer multi-line phone calls, reply to routine chat inquiries, and inform patients about doctors' availability or delays.
