Recovery Executive - Ontrack, Bengaluru
About Ontrack
Ontrack is a Bengaluru bike rental company, started in 2016. We rent motorcycles and scooters, petrol and electric, on weekly and monthly plans. Our riders are mostly delivery partners, and we run a fleet of over 1000 vehicles in Bengaluru.
The role
Keep our rentals on track. You follow up with customers whose bookings have ended or whose payments are pending, get them to pay or extend, and bring the bike back when needed. Mostly field work, as part of a small team.
What you will do
- Contact customers on pending and overdue bookings, by call, message and visit
- Collect payments and get bookings extended
- Recover vehicles when required, calmly and respectfully
- Record every follow-up and visit in our system
- Share a daily update with the team
You should have
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence (must)
- Kannada and Hindi; English is a plus
- Comfortable with field work across Bengaluru
- Firm but respectful with customers
- Basic smartphone skills
- Recovery, collections or rental experience is a plus; freshers welcome
