Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Relationship Managers to join Matrimony.com. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with customers, understanding their matrimonial requirements, providing suitable solutions.


Responsibilities

Connect with customers through calls and understand their requirements.

Guide customers regarding matrimonial profiles and services.

Explain membership plans and convert leads into paid memberships.

Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.


Requirements

Good communication and convincing skills.

Customer-service and sales-oriented approach.

Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups.

Basic computer knowledge.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
