Job Description
Hiring: Relationship Manager (Real Estate Sales)
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Language Requirements: Hindi and English are mandatory.
- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries and generate leads for real estate projects.
- Connect with potential buyers and understand their property requirements.
- Explain property details, pricing, and available offers to customers.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
- Schedule and coordinate property visits and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and generate business.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
- RequirementsFreshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English are mandatory.
- Interest in real estate sales and customer relationship management.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
