Relationship Manager

About the Role We are looking for a Relationship Manager to manage customer relationships, understand their requirements, and provide suitable property solutions.
- Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Manage relationships with NoBroker paid customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options.
- Follow up with leads and support deal closure.
- Negotiate with leads on behalf of customers.
- Upsell/cross-sell relevant services when required.
- Maintain regular communication and provide updates to customers.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Requirements Any Undergraduate / Postgraduate qualification.
- Fluency in Marathi is mandatory.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
- Comfortable working from office.
- Willing to work 6 days a week, including Saturday & Sunday.
- Week off: Monday to Thursday (rotational).
- Candidates should be comfortable relocating near the workplace.
- Work Details
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Work Days: 6 days/week
- Incentives: Up to ₹15,000/month based on performance
- Training: Initial training will be provided.
- Probation: First 3 months
