Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with existing and prospective customers through virtual channels.
• Connect with customers via phone, video calls, email, and digital platforms.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking, financial, or investment products.
• Generate leads through outbound calling and digital interactions.
• Follow up with customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and customer engagement targets.
• Resolve customer queries and provide timely support.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update interactions in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Requirements:

• 0–5 years of experience in relationship management, banking, financial services, telesales, or customer acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good sales and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable with virtual customer engagement and digital tools.
• Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of banking/financial products is an advantage.
