Job Description
As a Relationship Manager, you will play a dual role in account management and new business development. You will serve as the primary strategic point of contact for our existing B2B clients, ensuring maximum satisfaction and retention. Simultaneously, you will hunt for new market opportunities, pitching our EdTech and research solutions to prospective educational institutions and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Retention & Account Management (60%)
- Manage relationships: Serve as the trusted advisor to an assigned portfolio of existing institutional clients (universities, colleges, and corporates).
- Drive engagement: Conduct regular check-ins, product walkthroughs, and reviews to ensure clients derive maximum value from our EdTech platforms and research services.
New Client Acquisition & Sales Growth (40%)
- Lead generation: Identify, map, and prospect potential B2B clients within the education, corporate training, and research sectors.
- Pitch and close: Lead the complete sales cycle—from cold outreach and discovery calls to presenting tailored product demonstrations and negotiating final contracts.
