Relationship Manager

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to acquire new customers, manage existing customer relationships, understand their financial requirements, and provide suitable banking products and services.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire new customers through lead generation, referrals, calls, and customer visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking products.
• Achieve assigned business, sales, and customer acquisition targets.
• Cross-sell products such as savings/current accounts, loans, insurance, investments, credit cards, and other banking services.
• Increase the portfolio and business value of existing customers.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Conduct customer meetings and maintain regular communication.
• Ensure proper KYC, documentation, and compliance with banking policies.
• Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal departments for timely service.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, retention, and account activity.
• Participate in branch marketing and business development activities.
