Job DescriptionSEBEN Pan Asian Kitchen is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Captain to lead our service team and deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of restaurant operations, excellent communication skills, and experience handling guests in a busy restaurant environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily restaurant floor operations and coordinate with the service team.
• Welcome guests, manage table allocations, and ensure excellent customer service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and recommend menu items.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely food preparation and service.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
• Train and guide stewards to maintain service standards.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper table setup.
• Monitor billing, order accuracy, and smooth restaurant operations.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets and improving guest satisfaction.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 2–3 years of experience as a Restaurant Captain or Senior Steward.
• Experience in Chinese or Pan-Asian restaurants is preferred.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Strong leadership and guest-handling skills.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Kannada.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
