Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, assist with product selections, and escort them to tables or counters. [1, 2]
- Product Knowledge: Present menus and provide detailed information regarding ingredients, portion sizes, daily specials, discount schemes, and potential food allergies. [1]
- Order & Billing Management: Take accurate food and drink orders, handle transactions, and process billing. [1, 2]
- Sales & Up-selling: Recommend items and actively up-sell featured menus, brownies, cakes, and seasonal items. [1]
- Store & Table Operations: Attend pre-shift daily briefings, set up tables and display areas to company standards, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness
