Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to independently manage the day-to-day operations of our Indiranagar outlet. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with chefs and service staff, ensuring smooth restaurant operations, maintaining food and service standards, and providing a good customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

**1. Restaurant Operations**

- Manage daily opening and closing activities.

- Ensure the restaurant is ready for service on time.

- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning.

- Ensure proper coordination between kitchen and service teams.

**2. Staff Management**

- Supervise service staff and allocate daily responsibilities.

- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.

- Ensure staff follow their duties and responsibilities.

- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food service.

**3. Customer Service**

- Ensure customers receive prompt and courteous service.

- Handle customer feedback and complaints.

- Resolve service-related issues quickly.

- Maintain overall customer satisfaction.

**4. Kitchen Coordination**

- Coordinate with chefs regarding food preparation, order flow, and service timings.

- Monitor food quality and presentation.

- Ensure orders are served accurately and on time.

- Communicate menu changes and customer requirements to the kitchen.

**5. Sales, Billing & Inventory**

- Monitor daily sales and billing through the POS system.

- Ensure proper cash handling and daily sales reconciliation.

- Monitor stock availability and coordinate purchase requirements.

- Keep track of wastage, complimentary orders, and discounts.

- Monitor online orders from food delivery platforms.

**6. Hygiene & Maintenance**

- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, kitchen, and service areas.

- Ensure staff follow hygiene and grooming standards.

- Report equipment breakdowns and maintenance requirements.

- Ensure compliance with food safety practices.

**7. Reporting**

- Share daily sales and operational reports with management.

- Report staff issues, customer complaints, stock shortages, and other concerns.

- Ensure all operational activities are completed on time.

### Requirements

- 10th or 12th pass.

- 1–3 years of experience in restaurant or hotel operations preferred.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS billing systems.

- Ability to manage staff and coordinate with chefs.

- Responsible, active, and capable of handling operations independently.

- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Ideal Candidate

Someone who can take complete ownership of the outlet, manage staff, coordinate with the kitchen, handle customers, monitor sales and stock, and ensure the restaurant operates smoothly without constant supervision.
